Refund policy

Returns
We accept the return of your purchase(s) within 10 days after you received the product(s). If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You may return the item(s) in-person to our office at working hours or ship the item(s) at your own cost.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Item showing signs of wear and tear.

Return is not accepted if the item has been altered, or any parts damaged permanently. You are welcome to contact our customer service team for advice on the item's condition prior to return. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the inspection result and the approval or rejection of your refund.
After your confirmation, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depends on the credit card company or bank. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you after we have credited the full or partial refund to your credit card or bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Both regular items and sale items are allegeable for the above policy.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please follow the above return policy for the item(s) which need to be exchanged. We will contact you by e-mail after we have received your item in our office. Usually, an exchange for the same item will take 2-3 weeks' time. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by e-mail. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to "Nissi Global Trading Ltd." at New Mandarin Plaza, Unit 1011-1015, 10/F., Tower B, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR China. You are welcome to return the item in person to our office at work hours 9 am - 6 pm Mon-Fri.  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may select any courier to ship the item with or without insurance at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in your return shipment. If the return shipping charges and taxes are required to paid by us when the item arrives, we will likely deduct the cost of return shipment from your refund.

We recommend you to bring the item in person to our office if you are located in Hong Kong. You may also visit other offices in Asia to return your item, please contact us for further details at tiffany@nissiglobal.com.hk.

Depending on where your location and selected courier, the time it may take for your return product to reach you may vary.
